Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy is given below. Please read it carefully so that you don't face any kind of confusion later.

About cancellation policy

Our application provide both free and premium plans for our users. The free plan doesn't involve any kind of charge processing. However if you subscribe to our premium plan you will be charged a fixed amount every month, that amount will be deducted automatically from your bank account.

If in future you want to cancel your premium subscription you can do so by using the following steps.

1. Login to your account
2. From the main menu Select My Subscriptions
3. Scroll down and click on the Cancel subscription button.
4. A popup will appear click on Yes, continue
5. After that your subscription will be scheduled for cancellation at the end of the current peroid.

Important note

When you cancel your premium subscription it will not be cancelled immediately. Instead, it will be scheduled to get cancelled at the end of the current period.

You can continue to use our premium services for the days left in that current peroid. Since, you can continue using our premium services no amount will be refunded to you.

Let's take an example:

If you subscribed to our services on 1 May 2023. It will be active until 1 June 2023.

If on 15 May 2023, you decided to cancel your subscription. It will be scheduled to cancel at 1 June 2023, which means two things

1. You can continue using our premium service until 1 June 2023
2. On 1 June 2023, your subscription will be cancelled and you won't be charged for the next month.

What will happen if you didn't cancelled your subscription?

If you decided not to cancel your subscription, then you will be charged on 1 June 2023 and your subscription's renewal date will be 1 July 2023. And it will continue as long as you don't cancel your subscription.
