Time to fly away

Time to fly away is an inspirational story of a bird and a farmer. It will change the way you look at your work. Read and explore.

Once there was a bird who had built her nest in the fields of corn. He had two children who were small to fly.

The Bird went in search of food every day. When she came back home she feeds her children. The crops were grown very high and due to which no one can saw her nest.

One day the farmer and his son came in the field and the farmer said, “Son, the crop is now ready to harvest.” His son said, “We’ll be told our neighbors to harvest our crops”.

The baby birds heard their conversations. When the Bird came back to the nest, her children told her everything that they heard.

The bird then said, “Don’t worry no one will come to harvest the crop tomorrow”.

The next morning the bird again went in search of food for her children. And no one came to harvest the crops as said by the bird.

But, the farmer and his son again came in the field. The farmer said, “Son, our neighbors had not harvested our crops, I’ll call my brothers to harvest our crops”.

And they both went away. The baby birds heard their conversation and they were afraid.

In the evening when the bird came they told everything to her. And she said, “Don’t worry no one will come to harvest the crops tomorrow”.

The next day happened the same as the bird said to her children. No one came to harvest the crops.

The bird again went in search of food for her children. After 3 hours the farmer and his son again came in the field and they saw that their crop was unharvested.

The farmer said, “My brothers had not harvested our crops”.

His son said, “Now what?”

Then farmer said, “Tomorrow, we’ll came to harvest our crops”.

The baby birds heard their conversation smoothly. When their mother again came back in the evening, they told the whole story to her.

The bird then said, “My dear, now it’s time to change our place because the farmer is going to come tomorrow to harvest his crop”. Upon hearing this her children said, “Mother, How do you know that?”

Moral of the story

I know this because when you expect others to do your work you got disappointment, but when you do your work yourself, you do it at any cost.

Never expect others to do your work. You should do your work yourself not others.
